Madam, I am a female,24yrs old..Im suffering from severe acne problem..There are so many scars caused by acne and I have been trying several things to get rid of these scars..But all proved to be in vain..Could you please advise me what to do and also I cant use any creams coz my skin is very sensitive..I want my face to get the glow and also be free of marks..As I have a fair complexion these scars are very much awkward on my face
Madam, I am a female, 63 years old. I am diagnosed to have Peri-Arthritis on both shoulders. The right shoulder is about four months old with severe discomfort and the left shoulder is only two months old with lesser pain. I have been undergoing Physiotherapy since 14 December in the mornings as well as evenings (each session is of one hour duration). After vibratory and heat treatment for two weeks, I have started doing exercises as well at the Physiotherapist clinic since January 1st. Pain is more now but movement of right as well as left shoulder has improved. I would like to request you to please let me know if any of Ayurveda oils/medicines will give me more relief and finally a cure for my Peri-Arthritis of shoulders. Looking forward to your response.
